Cancellation Policy
A 10 minute grace period is given to you to arrive after your set appointment time. If you are running late anything after the 10 minute grace period will result in a CANCELLATION. Please if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 48hrs ahead of your appointment time. If cancellation happens 24hrs ahead you will be charged %50 of the service.Any last minute (same day) cancellations WILL BE CHARGED %100 of remaining balance of service. *If you are feeling unwell or sick or possibly been exposed to covid-19 please RESCHEDULE! (NO SHOWS) will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance of the service!
